Hey everyone!
I hope by reading the title, you don't get a deja vu since yes, we had a portrait of ThisIsNorsense a while ago, but this time, he's much fluffier! My good friend Norse commissioned me to draw his Fursona, this handsome viking lion, as a headshot illustration and I did my very best on it^^
Saying this one was very detailed and time consuming would be a small understatement as I made sure to put extra effort into making his mane and fur look extra soft and fluffy, somewhat realistic even (but still cartoony, so you could say semi-realistic), which took a noteworthy amount of time to create. But for such a good friend with such an awesome design, first put forward by Quest the fox, I had to go all out with my skills and I am happy and proud that I did, especially compared to some of my older headshot illustrations! It's about the art and capturing the character well for me. I truly hope it shows and you can enjoy the piece! Let me know what you think!
