1. Is there no sketch of this particular “art?”
2. The problem is not just smooth textures
Namely:
1. Blur in random places
2. There is no author’s signature on the art
3. The style is different from other art
4. There is no acceptable symmetry. For example, the nostrils do not look symmetrical (unlike other works of the author), the teeth on the left are depicted separated, and connected on the right
5. Atypical tongue anatomy
6. Missing uvula.
Some of the above may just be a coincidence. For example, this artist does not depict uvula in his art, but this in no way denies the possible use of AI
Also, the missing fang can be either the author’s idea or an AI flaw, which the author decided to leave and pass off as his own idea

I've seen a LOT of AI stuff, and this definitely does not have any red flags. Also considering Poise was making amazing art before any AI slop came around it's unreasonable to accuse an extremely talented artist of using AI when she produces work better than any current AI content around and has done so for years.
1 - Blur and smudge is used normally here for fur effects and depth of field , especially in quicker, maw focused pieces like this one. Not every picture an artist makes (especially gifts and personal work) will have the same level of polish that you'd see in a paid commission.
2 - Not every artist signs their work. And some artists only sign specific pieces. I don't sign any of my NSFW or commissioned art, but I do sign my personal art. Poise's reasons for adding a signature are hers alone and that's no reason to assume something is AI or not.
3 - This style is very consistent with previous work, i recognized this as Poise's style immediately from the thumbnail alone
4 - the teeth overlap and nostril asymmetry looks fairly normal based on perspective, especially for a Big Cat character. AI always messes up the teeth, eyes, noses, tongue and throat anatomy much worse than this
5 - This tongue anatomy is fine and probably some of the best I've seen.
6 - Uvulas are a personal preference. AI pictures never get mouth anatomy like uvulas right anyway.
You have every right to be skeptical but your reasoning here just doesn't hold up to the accusation.

Why good artist can't try AI? There is no contradiction here. The artist can either draw himself or use AI
As for the points (1,2,3 etc..), again, individually it seems that everything is fine, but in total there are too many coincidences. I'll probably remain skeptical in the future.

No, I didn't use ai. the only difference from the rest of the works is that the line art was done entirely on my friend's ipad. i can also provide a video there, as procreate automatically records the process.
Now I understand artists when they are accused of using ai and it's a shame. :/
