Sheng had received a call from a high up in the NordVolt Power Agency saying their largest plant that powers the entirely of the Nordavian Capital of Stränderlandä metropolitan area, roughly 2.5 million residents and even more businesses was under attack from a hostile force demanding the power rods from their reactors and the power plants operating abilities where being brought to the breaking point due to their carelessness and threating workers, the power to the entire Stränderlandä had been flicking on and off, and alarms had begun going off and shut off contingencies where getting strained for at least an hour, teetering on the brink of a one-two punch of a nuclear disaster and blackout in the largest city and its metro area, there was no other choice but to call in a member of the Nordavia regions Elite Four, the first one to be contacted just happened to be Sheng, who was absolutely delighted and felt the call of duty about it, he had to call out on his schedule to fly an A350 to Unova, but he knew the safety of the region came first! Besides, he was in Stränderlandä anyways, so it was easy to get there!

About 45 minutes later, having battled through hordes of obstacles and grunts from some organization he couldn’t even tell where they came from, Sheng found himself at the center of the plant, where he had been debriefed of the situation of some head honchos trying to steal reactor rods, one Boomburst to enter the room, Sheng officially was on the scene at the epicenter of a heist now in his hands to thwart! Though their ears where ringing from Sheng letting his partner Noivern use Boomburst on them in order to stun them and make his presence known!

Through their ears ringing, and the henchmen realizing the fact their ears were certainly damaged, they could hear Sheng demand “unhand the fuel rods carefully! Put them down gently or else you’ll give us all enough radiation to kill the entire plant seven times over!”

Though it became clear they would not cooperate with Sheng, so naturally grabbing his Kilowattrels Ultra Ball, Sheng got himself ready for the last blitz of baddies before the whole thing was stopped and buried!
