So, the mystery bot there is from a different fictional TV series than the Westworld setting. They're called JU-57 and were part of a dective duo with a rabbit named Ace. Ace is basically bed-bound but works as a private eye by remote piloting JU-57 and working with the installed AI. So yeah, this is a self-insert crossover fanfic.
