This is Pan, a buzzard (added "Vulture" as specie, but he's specifically a buzzard). He's an artist who's got Hank as a roomate on the same cabin of the current banner.
About that cabin, here's some fun fact: the plastic cabin is actually inspired by the small cabin/shack in the german comic book "Huck Finn" and its made of recyclated plastic. The motorcycle? Idk, I just wanted to add it because Hank's wings just let him glide through the air and not fly due to a deformation caused by his albinism on his wings.
