As Humanity spreads out from its cradle, the engines of exploration and colonization require resources. Few worlds have offered the rich bounty of the oceanic planet Ceto... but not everything is as it seems on this beautiful world. Just beneath the surface the diligent Aquanauts mine the planet's crystals for their survival while the Aquasharks lurk in the shadows, ready to seize what they desire most.

This story is inspired by the Lego set theme "Aquazone" with specific interest on the first two factions, the Aquanauts and Aquasharks. I have taken the information provided and fleshed it out into a full sci-fi story. There are some furry elements and will be more, but primarily this is human centric for the moment.
