Weiss is a Dragon-fire Quivern-Reshiram hybrid who can be a bit sassy, but their body is overall very soft and warm to the point of tempting fate one way or another. Their wing-arms can hold onto things as well when they're not flying and can come to rest on their shoulders like a cape. Their twin burner tails hovering above their main tail gives them speed comparable to a Jetragon, though the heat from them can scorch the ground if they either make a hasty landing, take off, or feel like it as a display of power.
