Fancy cuffs and chains. Don't think the orbs in front impact movement, but if she take to long steps it will rotate the cuffs.
I put the chain anchor in the inside, much easier with 3d models there you have to move the chain.
And the claws there look sharp so best to trim regularly, or better have her do it herself of the pain of more pain. My catgirls don't have sharp claws, more like dog claws so little point in trimming.
