02:00 My supply shipment has arrived. The delivery probes had been steadily becoming infrequent the last three years. So I was reasonably surprised when my systems alerted me of a Light Destroyer class ship on approach. I was debriefed onboard the Point Blank Prowler [REDACTED] as new material was offloaded onto my facility. The Project had received renewed investment from higher up. Untold billions have been lost in this War and multiple species are on the verge of extinction. Part of my new orders is to ascertain the Asset’s capabilities and its applicability to the Project. No one told me what it cost to obtain it and I didn’t ask.
Together, we will bridge the differences of species. The Asset's designation is Cloud Touch.

Huragok likely are able to get out of Covenant-era armor with some ease, as its likely other Huragok helping them in and out of their chassis.
Banished-era Huragok though are noted as having their augmentations forcibly driven into them. So unless they could get significant time and resources to it isn't likely that "armor" is removable.
And yes , Cloud Touch is quite gorgeous :3

I just thought the metal frame was not related to the armor the covenant had them wear, like Vergil/Quick to Adjust once he had his bomb vest armor removed. A shame we never got to see forerunner originals. And yes, I weep for the banished controlled huragok, the poor sweethearts.
