i didnt like that show it all though and its pilot was the biggest asshat ever... but i digg the design itself^^

Personally, it felt like they were trying to remake 0079 with a better budget and a much less human story, so I started avoiding it XD

because they had so many problems during production i always thought the show felt extremely cheap :P they re-used TONS of scenes all the time, plot holes everywhere, filler recap episodes... only the MS design was pretty good^^

Indeed. SEED Destiny was partly to bring back old gundam fans to watch the new series.. Thus having fancy acronyms like..Zaft Arm Keeper of Unity = ZAKU...and so on and so forth..

Even having some production problems as mentioned by  lollazer earlier on too.

I realised myself that when everything starts of new, it's good. But as they proceed to do a sequel or another season..things will get worse.. I wonder sometimes is it about story or just purely fan service.

The problem with all long running series is that at a point you can't physically top yourself anymore, i mean think about the some of the crazy that came out of "The Pocket War". One of the buggers had a launcher that fired nukes. NUKES!

S'why I still applaud G Gundam, despite all of its...oddities. It tried to do something new with giant mobile suits.

XD So true... hahaaaa.. Ah yes, G Gudnam..unique on its own..and crazy designs.. XD

I still kinda like the Universal Century's history and development...until they introduced unicorn into the timeline and screwed it... Ugh..

Really? cause i thought ZZeta screwed the pooch long before that XD

the animes for the UC timeline went as follow... they even introduced alot of side stories which happened between most tv series, thus some small and minor fine technological developments are explained there.

ZZ itself started off funny but it got to a more serious tone on the later half of the series.. That's what i felt after watching it.

Oc course, not to miss out the Wing series and also Gundam X.

Which..i'm afraid might suffer the same faith as the HG conter part.. since among all 3 modes...only 2 came out as official HG 1/144 while for the 1/144 scale all 3 types of Impulse were produced..

yeah, a blast impulse would have been cool. but i also doubt that we will see a MG version of that. it was rarely used in the show, too

Hmmm...i did try to vote for the Blast Impulse during the period where Bandai opened the next MG voting session back then..Including Devil gundam.. But otherwise the others weren't that much appealing..since..the MG seems to focus more on Wing lineup. And they are all designed and some are modified by Katoki himself..which particularly isn't my cup of tea due to the weird proportion he draws for mechas..

Blast Silhouette was..i think if I remember correctly...was only used 3 times in the entire destiny series.. twice by Shinn and lastly by Lunamaria to destroy Requiem.
