In terms of firearms the Galbian Imperial Army has lacked the support and means to develop firearms for much of its history. This all changed when they could no longer rely on blades and spells as Omegarune technology advanced. Their weapons no longer sufficient enough, despite having the finest of blacksmiths and spellcrafts, the empire spent millions in gathering gunsmiths to develop their own line of firearms. Despite managing to get a sizable number of gunsmiths and weapons designers, the magitek blasters developed are considered by many to be outdated my today's standards.

Despite the critisms these guns are given, the Imperial Line of Magitek Blasters, what most agree on these blasters are very built for long term use with little need for repair or servicing.
