Here's another commission by: RaidenPSX, featuring their character Raiden sporting some Fallout style getup in Fallout New Vegas style environment (with a sneaky cazador bug lurking behind him). I'm a fan of Fallout New Vegas myself so this was a fun commission to make by that fact alone (nevermind drawing some fox characters, which is always fun).
