''Poor kid. Why would something like this happen to a pup? That's what survivor's thought when they came upon the scene, finding the Golden Retriever boy shaking violently and tears in his eye's, holding a golden spear dripping with blood, and two adult Golden Retriever's on the ground. It didn't take a genius to guess what happened. What needed explaining was how this happened. Amongst the survivor's, Charlie/Cutter, a teen wolf pup was the first one to try and calm the boy down and got him to sit and explain what happened.

The boy's name is Jeremy. He and his parent's had lived in peaceful suburbs and had pretty nice/secure lives' when the dead began to attack. They stayed within their home as long as they could until they had to leave and find a safe haven. Luckily, they went prepared with ton's of supplies (for a family of three) could take and Jeremy's dad was a museum restoration worker and fixed a broken spear with gold to make a good weapon to keep themselves safe along with the gun's they already had. They were heading for a base when they were attacked.

Crazed and ruthless survivor's were coming for them, so they hid, the parent's got Jeremy to safety with his stuff and the spear and told him they'll be back. He was away enough but heard the fighting, the screaming, and the shooting. After awhile, Jeremy got out from his hiding space and saw the aftermath. A hyena and his men had just now driven off with his parent's supplies and what's left of the car and killed the adult's. The boy wept for a while, until he thought his parent's getting up meant they were fine. Then he saw their dead faces.

He tried to get away from them and try to get them to stop, but he had no choice. He had to put them down. Cutter's heart broke for the pup as he finished his story and cried miserably for what he done and lost. But the wolf assured him he was safe, they're here now, and can help him. And his parent would be proud he survived and could defend himself. Some comfort Jeremy felt from those word's, it won't heal everything but it was enough to help and look up with hope.

Poor Jeremy. He lost everything and had to grow up too fast in a horrible moment. But right now, he got a new big brother, and later realizes, he has a new family now.''
