Daisy was initially excited about doing a remote in the tropics, Then she saw the outfit Kent had rented for her to wear on the spot. She didn't object to it in principal, but Kent rented an outfit for someone even smaller than she was!

Have you seen the short film Crazy Over Daisy? Believe it or not, she's even more humanized in that one. (Although at the same time, you can barely tell it's her, either, so there is that issue...)

It's the one set in the 1800s where Donald is on his way to see Daisy but Chip and Dale cause problems along the way, and when he finally finds Daisy, she scolds him for tormenting the two chipmunks then leaves Donald and takes Chip and Dale with her.

Ah! Yes, I remember that one. It's included on the Daisy Duck VHS from that Limited Gold Edition series.
