Glad you like it! I made a mistake by making the eye markings symmetrical and was afraid I'd have to reskin the whole thing after I'd airbrushed it but LOL CREATIVE SOLUTIONS I just reskinned the messed up section and ALL IS WELL.

Thanks very much! I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out :) There's always a little 'could've would've should've's with fleece but all in all, I think the airbrushing made up for any regrets more than tenfold. XD

Seconding the comment about reptile shows.

Gonna add something to make it look like there's heat pits? I think that would really set the look.

I'm not sure if I'll be able to, TBH- it has a higher chance of ruining the mask and requiring me to re-skin. Even if I managed to pull it off they'd need constant maintainence. If the customers wants it I'll try buuuuuut its more negative upkeep than positive potential outcome IMO. Having to carve through a layer of hot glue with a scalpel is asking for trouble. When I get the rest of the hair on, I'll give it a try with some airbrush on fleece and see if I can make some illusory ones, but as it stands now I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.

Good idea. Maybe if you have the time after the head is done, experiment with some scrap fleece like you said. I agree, very subtle heat pit airbrushing would look sweet, but it's not necessary. The head looks incredible as it is =)
