I don't think I've got a system in me, but it's been much easier to handle myself in segments, some of which are more in need of comfort, and others more capable of giving it and protecting- Which makes both of these scenarios extremely relatable.
I very much, quite a lot, like the idea of a suit being a supportive pillar, mentally and physically supporting the 'host' during the mundane-ity and frustrations of a normal day so they're not alone.
