For other animals it's normal to be loud and clear about things, but for humans it's bad manner and they'll think you're a dangerous psychopath. And the only ones who can understand humans who can't help expressing their emotions clearly are dragons, having an intelligence understandable to humans but who haven't neglected being animals.
