Far far away from Turquoise Hills in the Grass Continent is somewhere much more quaint and resides a more... at least on the surface, regular looking team... A pair of wonderfully outstanding awesome heroes you could say. Crayon and Phova!

Two youthful members of Wigglytuff's guild close to Treasure Town, ready to give a helping hand, solve mysteries and capture those ominous outlaws. The two met after a rather concerning scene of Crayon ending up washed up on a beach, presumably even falling from the sky beforehand. The two were put into action almost immediately after a pesky Zubat and Koffing stole Phova's "pretty rock" and a friendship immediately bloomed, leading the two to form a team and give Phova the confidence to join the guild!

Crayon doesn't remember much of anything about his former human life other than a few specific interests and memories. He couldn't even remember his real name, so he additmedly said Crayon on the spot after meeting Phova and has rolled with it since. It took some time adjusting to this new body and even walking on fours, but as each day passes the more he has grown to love this world with his desire to become human again lessening by the day, even becoming a more adventurous and confident Pokèmon since he first ended up here. He's now always ready for dawn and new missions with Phova~

Phova meanwhile dearly cares for Crayon, being her first true friend. They admittedly aren't always eye as Crayon can admittedly be a little too eager to jump into danger, while she is a lot more rational but the two still work together well like a sweet smoothie for the most part. Her confidence has similarly raised though and while they had annoying hurdles to face such as Team Skull, the Vulpix likes to think of herself and Crayon as unstoppable force from time to time. Fire and electricity can be one scary combo afterall~

The two in their downtime typically like to explore the local sights, spend a sweet night by the campfire telling eachother stories and even bust a few myths.

Happy Mystery Dungeon day everyone~! Felt like drawing my old PMD: Sky team for ol' nostalgia sake. I also have a PMD: Darkness team who did come first who I may draw too at some point, though Crayon and Phova mean a lot more to me honestly. They've been around for 7yrs I believe and played the game through a totally oh so legal method. Mr. Nintendo can't send the ninjas to my address now.

PMD: Red rescue is also on Switch online in like a week from now. Cool. Make a new game already.
