I may be in Ottawa at Canfurence, but that doesn't mean I can't post stuff...
In any case, I was on a recent Twitch stream from
LittlestSiggy, and decided to go back to another canine character, this one being Ember, the hellhound. Ember was summoned to be a professional 'guard dog', after all... and guard duty can get very boring, especially when the person who summoned you has successfully kept hidden from people for months so far. (And at least was smart enough to understand 'defense in depth'.)
Granted, guard duty is also one of those things where if it actually gets exciting, something has already gone massively wrong...

I mean, this entire world setting was created for sexy shenanigans. A somewhat lonely hellhound, a busty unicorn alchemist, a succubus with a wardrobe of fancy dresses, a kitsune 'office lady'... Ember's biggest problem was that as a hellhound she tended to be rather hot to the touch and could burn people by accident. Which is a lot less of a problem when Jenora shows up and takes over, of course...

Heh. Though frankly Ember is the least magically capable of the crew. She's fireproof, difficult to affect with magic, very strong and tough, and capable of burning someone by touch because of how hot she runs... but she can't really cast magic herself, unlike pretty much every other member of the crew. (Okay, Lirianna the unicorn can't really cast magic, she's just a raw source of it as well as an alchemist.)
