This is Dulric The Imp, he is Seras Darkadder servant, he is quite dumb and come with some very articulate yet useless answers to problems but he is extremely loyal and very good at his job.

Their relationship is a master and servant where Seras seem to be abusive but it's because he is not afraid to say the truth about Dulric's idiocy and mediocrity, but Dulric's loyalty towards Seras and he is exceptional servant following earning Seras respect and friendship in the process, but Seras still insults his lack of intelligence at times.
