This is my most recent OC, a member of an anthro caprine outlaw motorcycle club known as the Black Rams. Brett Phinney is a Bharal, also known as a blue sheep, a sheep species found in the Himalayas. Brett is an enforcer of the Black Rams (based on the real life outlaw MCs, Hells Angels, Outlaws, Bandidos and the Pagans), meaning he collects protection fees, a form of racketeering and extortion.
