“Do not worry! I’m a healer!”
Introducing my other gifted OC, the canine shaman, Haru (name still subject to change.) Seeing her original design, I decided to simplify it a bit, while also trying to keep true to traditional Korean shaman garb. Hopefully, I didn’t go the wrong way on anything, but nonetheless I hope you all like it!

Sure thing! Finally I get to share some of my concerningly excessive fighting game knowledge!
*Ahem*
I thought resource management because my thought process was that she would sacrifice a little health/get progressively more Modular/fall apart easier every time she cast a spell. This is counterbalanced by a weapon or any other skill/item that she can attack with and regain a little health/make herself more stable. Overuse of her powerful spells leads to her becoming very weak and vulnerable, but her weapon/secondary skills allows her to regain and manage her condition so that there is a balance.
As for some examples, think of Inkling and Robin from SSBU. They both have a resource tied to them that they use in many of their attacks, (Ink and Tome/Sword durability respectively) which allows them to perform their powerful special attacks or power up simpler ones. Overuse and poor management of this resource leads to the character becoming very vulnerable and often left without their best tools, leading to a loss. But they have ways to regain their resource (Inkling Shield+B recharges ink for as long as it’s held, Robin’s Tomes and Levin Sword all automatically regenerate on a meter over time at various rates, with their weaker Bronze Sword speeding up the Levin’s recharge rate as it deals damage), making a playstyle of balancing weaker, safer moves and more powerful, resource-draining moves to be of utmost importance.
Any more explanations needed, I’m your guy!
