He's still trying to adjust to being the only rooster, (since we only need 1, and because the roosters were having dominance issues) since his 4 pals among roosters are taken to a new home where they need roosters and didn't have any,..which means at my parents' homestead? He's going to have to adjust to being the only rooster at the property, for now.

But I'm sure he'll be very happy to have 3 hens to look after, and end up 1 lucky man! (FUN FACT: He does like to crow a lot!)

Late update from 9/1/2024:
Ricardo tried to be nice, and even tried to protect the hens and be a gentleman to them. But after my parents caught him acting psycho towards the hens and frightening them? That was the red flag, where we sent him away to live on a different property where someone picked him up from the cage, where his other rooster pals were. (And to basically be a free-ranging chicken. And since me and my family members want what's best for him? We did just that. (Hopefully he'll not only have a happier, more exciting life, but also learn to be nicer, compared to how he was, when we still had him.

At least a week or so ago, is when he moved there.
