I was thinking about how Dammage's powers are kind of like limited Earth Bending and I don't make much use of the aquatic side of him being a beaver, so what if the tail slap shockwaves work on water too? Here, he uses it to create a tidal wave, which has already caused Rexlan to lose his weapons and his hat.
