Well, maybe. I admit, I entertained the thought, but I also heard the last thing he shared somewhere else, Twitter maybe, was some inflation porn. And I kinda chuckled a bit inside because I always wondered if he humor of some of those was intentional and part of the appeal, LOL. But we might never know his real state of mind at the time. Maybe a "just in case" commission...
Rest in peace. I never knew you existed until now, but checking some of your previous post in both of your twitter accounts, can't imagine the physical and emotional pain you had felt these last weeks.
Good luck in the afterlife. Thanks for giving us so much, sorry for giving you so little.

Indeed, but he said on Twitter that he did not have insurance and he showed a screenshot saying he was supposed to pay over $25,000 dollars for his biopsy. It was his final tweet to which he said, “Excuse me while I go throw myself in front of a train.“ It made me wonder if there was something else.
Regardless it is still horrible and sad that he is gone.

Is it possible to miss someone you've never met, just purely on legacy alone? To be sad you've learned a name too late to thank them? A good bit what I've done as a recreational artist and for my animation career would not be possible without FA; I my voice actors and agents not through some agent or through Twitter, but through FA... seen so many projects of talented artists that inspired me further that yes, it was possible, yes, people wanted this kind of work, it just needed a chance.
Thank you so very much.
Thank you so very much.
Of course it's possible. I miss him just because there was plenty of time left for him to grow, learn, and he was often good for a laugh. I think I'm gonna make it a point to try to find whatever he might've wrote, if he journaled a lot, just because you read something from a good writer, it preserves their memory. We're all guilty of taking people for granted. But any time someone goes, it makes one all the more committed than the last time to taking the important things in life seriously, art and others.
Indeed. I... way too damn recently... lost someone too. A talented voice actress and a greater friend... and I seem to keep flip-flopping between a crushing sadness, an overwhelming numbness, or this strange drive to just keep making and making and making at the expense of all else... we all cope in our own way.
Yeah, a wakeup call, and not my first. He's like 2, 3 years older than me? It's not just life that's fragile, it's like, everything. The code that makes this site is. I'll never take this place for granted again, eh! Hoping it lives on way past this garbage phase the web is going through.
I got a feeling he did. You ever see weird stars where it's like a temporary constellation? Yeah, I saw one that kind looked like him the night after, never seen that many shooting stars. Really, just put a bunch of furries in there having a con in the sky and that's what it felt like. And legend is a fitting word. Dude earned it, fair and square, warts and all, flaws be damned. Ain't none of us perfect.
To be honest, I didn't know he was the site owner all this time. I never even heard of him until a day ago after I heard about his tragic passing. He is soaring into the skies now. Can't believe he died so young. I respect his creation, passion and talents. R.I.P to the owner. He made this site as a true peaceful place for us to gain friends on here. I hope his next life goes well for him!
And that makes it even sadder than what it was at the time of
Dragoneer's death.

Holy crap. So he fav'd this himself?! I figured the staff must've temporarily left the account unlocked to fav that, and leave his account on a high note, or something. But no. Glad he got to get at least one last chance to show bro love and strength. I don't like saying rest in peace, I like saying rise again in never-ending infinite perpetuity, because something of the person always lives on. And he left a lot behind. I hope people keep talking about him and looking at his account for years to come, because he is one of those rare internet personalities that would have earned the legend status.
The artist of the post changed the title and description when the news of his passing came out
