well they are using wish to cast another lower level spell
which assuming this works the same as with dnd 5e, would be the usual scope of wish
if this comic is based off a different edition of dnd, a different system all together, or even an entirely custom magic system, then i have no idea

I would say that she's no longer a sorceress. At least, not for the moment, anyway. The original connection to her source of power is gone, and she either has to reconnect to it, or she's going to have to find something else. Also, her blood appears to be blue, now. And trying to cast spells using her old connection is...doing harm. *notes the line of blue ichor on her chin*
Either way, Medea is right: Circe has much bigger worries.
