After the blue flames had died down, the client was finally able to take a look around them. Everything was in a bizarre state of contorting, twisting, and melting. A twisting pressure deep within their chest became known and the sinking pit feeling within them that it was palpable. Then finally, a shadow loomed over them, gaining their attention.
There stood Silas with his skull, barren and scorched, out in the open as his entire body gave off a haunting and eerie glow. Once Silas locked eyes with his client, he gave them a sinister smile.
“Now look at what you made me do,” Silas began as presented himself. His voice had become otherworldly as the blue inferno in his eye was piercing right through the client.
He continued on with a nonchalant but grim tone,"I rarely show this side of me but it seems you forced my hand.”
By now, the colors of the client had fully drained out as the gaze up Silas, unable to utter anything. For Silas, he couldn’t help but drink all fear and shock he always got from this, however, there was a matter that needed to be tended to.
“Now listen, you waste of flesh,” Silas growled as he exuded an intense pressure and went on. “You’re going to get my payment and have it ready within the time I’ve given. If not, then I get your soul. Do I make myself clear?”
It took a moment for the Silas client to answer but they were finally able to give a nod in response.
“Great!,” Silas exclaims clasping hands happily and with an audible snap, everything returns to normal.
“I expected you to fulfill your side of the deal by the end of the 30 days. If not, well then… I hope you enjoy the last of your days,” Silas threatened and then, snapping his head to the door, he let a bellowing order. “EEEENNNZZOO!”
Within five seconds, Enzo quickly bursts into the room looking at Silas then back to the client and back right at Silas once again, waiting for his orders in full attention.
“Take our…,” Silas peers back at the frightened client, who was deathly pale and shaken at what they just witnessed, then nods to the doorway. “So called “esteemed” customer and show them outside.”
Without so much as a word, Enzo swiftly but gently grabbed the client and hoisted them over his shoulders then made his way to the office entrance. Right as the door closed between Silas and his unruly client, Silas returned a horrifying grin to them and repeated…
“Remember now~ A deal’s a deal.”
And with that, the door closed with an echoing, foreboding slam.
Once again, I greatly want to thank
luxiayfull for bringing my idea of Silas normal form to life.
(And I hope you enjoy both parts of this plot I came up with.)
