You know him as Blaine from Pretty in Pink, i know him as Jonathan Switcher from Mannequin, and Larry Wilson from both Weekend at Bernie's films. He is Andrew McCarthy, and i happen to own the latter 2 films of his. But who is that on the right? Yup, you guessed it. That's me.

But how did this meeting come to be? Well, i happened to see an abandoned pamphlet on the bus ride home months ago, and it said McCarthy would be conversing about his travel experience in the District. At the end of it, i chatted with him a little bit, got his autograph, and my Mom managed to snap this picture of me with him (with permission, of course).

I've met many celebrities lately, but now i can add this former Brat Pack member to that list.
