Here is my half of an art trade I did with Apex. Dracons have such fascinating lore, and one of my favourite aspects of the lore is how wounds will crystalize when exposed to the air. Apex shared some of Lavi's "crystal gore" art with me and I just had to give it a shot myself. I wanted to take this intriguing concept and use it to make a really emotional piece. The art I got from Apex was phenomenal and pushed me to try something new for my half of the trade. ❤

I think this piece is one of my favorites you have ever done (the ones youve done for me are ranked higher of course) but the concept and pose is literally perfect and i was at a complete loss for words when you first posted it. I would love to live in your brain for a bit to see how you come up with things ;w;
