I never saw Robin as a positive hero. He is as much to blame for the plight of the peasants as Prince John or King Richard. He broke the tax system and actually framed all the townspeople for the arrest in the finale. And even when the citizens were in danger, Robin himself went to rake in the treasury. Every last dime. His greed and his hypocrisy were never-never-ending. Thanks to Disney for romanticizing this scumbag and smoothing the edges.
I'll be the one to take everything away from him. He deserves to be punished.
