So, on April 8th, I went with a bunch of friends to try and see the Eclipse.

We drove all over Southern Ontario and saw only clouds. A very interesting moment when it got really dark and cold, and then warmed up again. That was Luna not-mooning us, I guess.

We stopped by 'The Most Artistic Tim Horton's in Ontario'. Seriously, I have not seen so many art supplies in a coffee shop, ever. I got an interesting pen, which is not the only reason a bunch of my roughs are in coloured pen now, but is one of them.

So kinda-sorta, Johnni, Sasta, a legless questing beast, a sphinx, and Joe's Liver.

Things are improving. I try not to think of them as 'not great' although, it still feels very not great. Fifteen+ years of a mental compression is hard to shake off that quickly. It's all probably good.

Although less good now that two friends? Acquaintances? Are they really friends if you haven't spoken to them in over a decade have died.
