It's Discord, from my pic "three Gods" in his agelic form. If you didn't read the other description, Discord is A Demon/God. So um......every year he goes through this little cycle of his and he trasnforms into a mor eheavenly figure.

Discord is normally a sinister person but when he's like this it's like hes the complete opposite.
