Explaination:
Found the Pixel art while cleaning out my folder and decided to revisit it.
Basically All I did was abuse the blur of Paint.Net and constantly blurred colors while adding in more with the brush tool.
It still has a few imperfections laying around, but it's good enough to be a finished piece.
