Commission work for  wolfrider of his character supervillain Tsunami, who is a leopard seal. Past versions of this character who can control water (like in last airbender waterbending) had her depicted with hair and costume very similar to Shego from Kim possible. She was also described as being an eco-terrorist and often wields or brings traditional maori weaponry such as the war staff seen here. I went with the Maori look a little more strongly and made her costume more tribal in look as well as wilder hair.

Leopard seals are crazy scary when you see their jaws. They are just so rarely drawn and making them anthro changes them so much that it is really tricky. I'm doing a lot of aquatic mammals lately and they are challenging.
