I just remembered it was Lv 67, not 63, because I think that's the exact level Sora learns Berserk Charge, which was a big part of how I took Sephiroth out that early. Decisive Pumpkin gets more powerful the longer a combo lasts, and Berserk Charge makes combos endless while MP is charging, so... ^^
