Here's my centaur at the gym. For lower body, the humans focus on squats while centaurs, especially Clydesdale centaurs, go all-in on weighted sled pulls. The 2-leggers complain plenty about squats on leg days but on the other hoof, they don't have to deal with all the gear and harnesses and loading up the sled with over a ton or two of weight.
