Depending on whether you make your own assets or grab some prefabs off a market would have an affect on the time it will take, which I'm not sure which route I would take. I know it'd take me longer than usual since it would be my first time making a world even though I'm quite familiar with working with Unity, but figuring out what components VRC has available will take some time to tinker with. That and what the program decides to be picky about.
