You're not going to let some sill fic determine how you view a character, would you ?
I mean, if you read "Rocket to Insanity", you'r enot going to view Rainbow Dash as a depraved psycho who'll needlessly kill Pinkie Pie because of some recurring nightmares, would you ?
tl;dr its just a crazy fanfic. It's not canon, and at most its fanon for those people who just want to add grimdark stuff to that ball of party that is Pinkie Pie. I mean, the character is already complex enough with Party of One that I don't see thye point of harping on this cupcakes thing any further.
