Whew! This right here. I hope that put some serious fear into that man. But I have a feeling that once the initial shock of the situation wears off, they'll be back, wanting whatever that weapon was just because they can use it for their own gain. Whether that's using it in their heists or selling it. I definitely don't think this will be the last time we see them poking their heads in here.
The mixture of emotions in that one panel of Nil behind the mask says so much as well. Full of concern and anger. Trained or not, being thrust into a situation where someone you care about is being actively threatened and harmed? There's not much training that can truly prepare you for that. They did way better than most would have, I think.
