Before Synwolf became... whatever he is, this is what he looked like. Though he is a wolf, his species is 'Chimera', a human attempt to splice advanced human genetics with animal traits to create a servile race, their purpose to live harsh lives in the wastes scavenging for them. Oddly enough it didn't work out..
