Oh cool! That looks like a De Havilland D.H. 94. Oh, that must have been a blast!

Fairchild PT-19 family - very similar overall to the De Havilland in a lot of respects, especially their wood & fabric construction, interestingly enough they were designed almost in parallel with each other, though the PT-19 had a little more power. (The Commonwealth would also order a handful of PT-19's, as well as fully enclosed PT-26's - redesignated 'Cornell' by the Brits.)

Years ago I also had a Cox .049 powered Control-Line PT-19. 🙂

It was amazing. Though big ears in a slipstream make for a bit of buffeting in flight lol

It says this photo was taken back in 2017. The last time this fursuit has shown up in a photo was back in 2016. Makes one wonder what has he been doing thees last 7 years. Had he been a very bad donkey and has been locked up where he cant cause any mischief like in some closet or in the attic?

Hahaha, yeah, he got a little chubby and needs to lose some weight.

That is odd as I have never heard of a fursuit getting to chubby and needing to lose weight before now.

I wonder how that actually works... How does a fursuit gain weight and becomes chubby where he has to be locked away in the closet or attic?

I remember flying one of CAF's PT-19's, they are an absolute joy to handle! 👍🙂
