So, this is her character Caine La'Courte. She is a Hybrid of a Wolf, Jackal and Red Panda. Caine is able to manipulate ice and that stuff, which explains the title and the ice-like breath itself.
Overall, I really like how it turned out, especially the pose. C:

I know, Caine's pelt color should've been much darker, I hoped I could fix this with Photoshop or Gimp, but it didn't really came out the way I wanted. >->
