It's one of those plastic fillable ornaments you can get at the crafts stores:

I got mine at Michael's craft store, but you can get them online just by googling "fillable plastic ornament". Only problem with these is that they fog up and they're not easy to see through like you'd expect. The plastic warps your vision and makes everything blurry. =\
