"Out of phase", I think.

Imagine a bunch of soldiers all marching together - they all put their right foot forward at the same time, then they all put their left foot forward, then they all put their right foot forward again, and so on.

If there's one guy who puts his left foot forward when everyone else is putting their right foot forward, then that one guy is "out of phase" (by 180 degrees) from the others.

It's possible to be out of phase by amounts other than 180 degrees, but that amount is the most obvious.

I apologize for the language barrier, I translated it in a style of "if you don't know try to describe it in the terms you know".
If I knew the proper way to say it normally I would probably write it like "Phase shifted by half a period".
