Eggman Empire Elite Squad
In response to the growing threat of Sonic and his friends, Mesmo began to work on a counter and, with Eggman's and the council's approval, formed an "Elite Squad", specialised to take on the Freedom Fighters (Team Sonic), after a few... "tinkering".

Surge the Tenrec
The daughter of Knothole Village's mayor. She was one of Sonic's chief bullies during his time in the village, tormenting him for his speed, his uncle's former association with the Eggman Empire, and his orphan status. When the Eggman Empire attacked Knothole Village, she was one of the survivors that were abducted and brought to New Yoke City's Orphanage. During her time there, Surge blamed Sonic for Knothole being attacked and began to resent the hedgehog over the years, to the point where she volunteered to join the Empire's new Elite Squad (and even gained some cool electricity powers in the process). Now she, along with two others, are in charge of taking out the Freedom Fighters for the Empire (although Surge sees it as an excuse to take Sonic down for, in her eyes, ruining her life).

Kitsunami "Kit" the Fennec
An orphan boy in living in the streets of New Yoke City. He was eventually caught and brought to the Eggman Empire orphanage, where he met Surge, who he began to look up to. When the Chaos Council went to look for recruits for the Elite Squad, Kit volunteered when Surge signed up, and was given hydrokinetic abilities to serve their mission better. He's always attached to Surge and is fiercely loyal to her, despite her being occasionally... abusive. At least she doesn't abuse the poor fennec as much as Kilo, who sees Kit as a substitute outlet for his frustrations since Miles/Tails' defection, which results in Kit's resentment on the more heroic Prower twin.

Rocky the Anteater
A simple guy living a simple life. One day, he came across an Eggman Empire recruitment poster and thought "Hey, that looks neat", so he signed up to join. But he proved to be a terrible soldier, always messing up orders and causing accidents. But Mesmo saw potential in Rocky and decided to recruit him for the Eggman Empire Elite Squad, instead of having him undergo Robotomy Treatment for his failures. After a few quick sessions (and some upgrades), he was ready, and joined two others to form the Elite Squad.
Rocky's... not very smart. He's essentially Boom Knuckles, which means he's dim, has a bit of an ego, illiterate, can be a bit childish at times, and very, VERY gullible. Despite all that, he's actually a pretty chill guy and is kinda blind to the Eggman Empire's evil ways (actually, he's kinda blind to his own teammates' own issues too).
He's naturally strong, but thanks to the upgrades given to him by the Eggman Empire, he also has the ability to manipulate vibrations to create small earthquakes and propel himself in the air.

Characters were made in Kisekae, feel free to ask for codes if you want to use the models (But NO NSFW PLEASE!)
