The basic idea of this drawing was that Lanolin, the new Director of GUN within our little shared universe found out about Riders cybernetic body and using her own hypnotic device in tandum with his Phantom Ruby has turned him into a servile yet personable secretary for GUN. Going under the name Kittyhawk(Inspired by the Wright Brother's and fighter jets from WW2) he now dutifully serves the military institution he would have previously scoffed at.
