Another ref sheet thing for an OC of mine named Gene! This guy's a monster cyborg created as a collaboration between the mad scientists Dr. Lischka and Dr. Shrike (who became former rivals after they were forced to work together due to a government organization threatening them with annihilation). This weird, bio-engineered cyborg horse was made by the two scientists as a prototype of a combination generator bot/mechanized maintenance worker for domestic and military use. While the government organization that oversaw its creation just wanted something simple and functional, what they got was pretty par for the course as far as asking two deranged geniuses to make something like that goes. Gene mostly works as an assistant around the lab, following orders to a T but with enough free will to let his masters and fellow monsters know his true (often sarcasm or insult-laden) opinions.
