This was a commission for the most awesome Brian Reynolds, here on FA as 
Brian is one of the main reasons I am here, as it was his art I discovered way back in the day when I first set foot into the wide wastelands of the Internet. My art at the time was very crude and pretty horrible (of course, that's still up for debate today), and he was a pretty big inspiration. To have the opportunity to draw something for him was pretty intimidating, and it took me an embarrassingly long time to come up with a suitable image.
The inking style is a style I haven't done a while, and I use different materials nowadays, so inking this way was kind of a challenge. <=)

I absolutely love this inking style, and it's one of the things which drew me to your work in the first place. To be fair, your artwork is something which helped influence me to venture out of my normal style and attempt more toony stuff, helping me to create some of my other styles.
I don't know if there's enough words left that I haven't already shared about how blisteringly cool this is. It's absolutely what I had hoped for and moreso besides. Absolutely charming piece of work and a just a tremendously cool bit of skill shown here. I'm floored that you think so highly of my own work because truly I find regular inspiration in yours. Salute!
Gosh I really like this image. For years I've been trying to draw nice, believable foliage, but I get hung up in the details. I've been using the wrong inking tool too. I could never create those bold textures and delicate leaf forms using tech pens. I also like the juxtaposition between the cute 'morph tigress and her little "Foxy" friend. Absolutely charming.
