I having depressed really hard last night and having a panic attack won't stopped crying in my sleep nightmare and woke up tried to calm down tried so hard and holding my panda plush to calm me down to focus...i don't like i crying in my sleep woke up having a panic attack in middle night last night...want to back to sleep don't like having nightmare..i need alone to off my internet
