Step 2 completed~
And as for now, it has been a pretty chill transformation. What about spicing it a little bit? 😏
What should that guy become? The choice is up to you 👀What do we continue with?
Post whatever you want him to become in the comments, and I’ll choose one of your answers to make it come true ✨

Everyone seems to be suggesting 'bird head' or something, so I'll go with that, and add this:
Make his upper body split into two upper bodies. Or rather, two chests atop one belly, like a 'Y' split in the middle of the abdomen..? One of them with a bird-beak and human rest-of-face, with fluffy, feathery floof around the neck and shoulders. The other one head with a lion muzzle/snout and human rest-of-face.
The splitting of the upper bodies is slow, so we catch him / them in a moment where the arms on the inner-edge of the split are still connected. This will make both of them feel like they are missing an arm, for a little while. Instead of the arm being ~missing~, though, it is just tethered / anchored into the other person, making it unavailable.
Perhaps the TF stays that way, or perhaps the stage after that can complete the splitting of the two upper halves.
